How do I get my number?

Once your order has been placed your ticket number(s) will be randomly allocated and will show on your order confirmation. They will also be emailed to you, and will be available in the My Account area.

How is the winner chosen?

The draw is done live on Facebook using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.

Can the draw date change?
The draw date will not change and will go ahead regardless of ticket sales.

What time does the draw take place? 

All of our competitions have an end time and live draw time on each competition.

Where can I see the live draw take place?

All of our live competition draws will take place on our YouTube Channel at the listed time on each competition. They are scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 pm and Friday at 8:00 pm.

Will I be notified if I win an instant win or main prize?

All instant winners and main prize winners will be sent an email direct to your inbox just moments after either purchase or the live competition draw has taken place..

Where can I check my numbers which I have been allocated?

All tickets can be found on your account under my orders where it will show you a detailed list of your orders and ticket numbers.

I didn’t see my ticket when the live draw was taking place can I see a an entry list?

At Lockdown Competitions, we feel it’s important to be transparent with our customers. Therefore, we provide an entry list for every competition, which can be found on our home page. Look for entry lists.

What happens if you don’t sell all the tickets in the competition?

At Lockdown Competitions we will draw all main end prizes regardless of ticket sales and will never extend a draw to sell more tickets.

Where can I see the results of a competition I missed?

All competition results are posted up on our main website under competition results. We also share results on our Facebook business page and Instagram page around an hour after the live draw.
