We are guessing you will be watching our draws like a hawk to see if you have scooped one of our great prizes! That being said, if you happen to miss the draw we will contact you by email to notify you of any wins. Be sure to check your email.

How random is your draw?

Don’t worry! Our draws are as random as it gets. We use the https://www.random.org number generator to pick our winning number. Random.org runs a specialised system using radio antennas which pick up atmospheric noise to produce true randomness. Very cool!

Legal Undertaking


By entering a competition, the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so. You will have read and understood the terms and conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.


competition are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


In the event that you participate in a competition online via the website, and by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competition. Lockdown Competitions Ltd will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competition unlawfully. If in any doubt, you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.


Qualifying persons


The competition are open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over residing in the United Kingdom. This excludes staff employed by Lockdown Competition, their family, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the website or conducts administration of the competitions in any way, shape or form.


In order to enter a competitions, you will need to register an account with us online. When registering an account online you will be asked to provide an email address and other various contact details.


Lockdown Competitions Ltd reserves the right to refuse an entrant’s entry, close an entrant’s account at any time, or declare an entry null and void (with no refund being given) if the entrant is deemed to be abusing the services by: engaging in any form of fraud (actual or apparent); being abusive to other customers or staff; engages in fraudulent misrepresentation and/or concealment; hacking or otherwise interfering with the functioning of the website.


Competition Entry


You will need an online account with Lockdown Competitions to enter any competitions on the website. (Please see the website home page to join).


The promoter may run multiple competitions that will be operated at the same time and each competition will have a specific prize or prizes. Each competition will require the Entrant to exercise skill, knowledge, and judgement, to correctly answer a skill-based question.


competition may be entered via the website or by free postal entry. Availability and pricing of the competition are at the discretion of the promoter and will be specified at the point of sale on the website on the specific competitions you are wanting to enter.


Maximum number of entries/tickets per entrant will vary depending on each individual competitions, details can be found on the individual competitions page on the website.



To enter a competitions online via the website, follow the on-screen instructions to: select the competitions you wish to enter; select the number of tickets you wish to purchase (this may vary depending on the competitions you are wanting to enter, but will be made visible on each competitions listed) select the number assigned to each ticket; carefully read and confirm you agree to the competitions terms and conditions; then provide your contact and payment details (for entry fee only). Your card payment will be electronically approved by the payment provider. You will be contacted via email to confirm that your entry to the competitions is complete.


To enter a competitions by free postal entry please send an unenclosed postcard with the following details: 


Name; address; date of birth; contact phone number; email address; name of prize/competition you’d like to enter; and your answer for the competition entry question, account login name & your e mail address.

You will not be notified to confirm your free postal entry has been received until the competitions has closed and the entry list completed. You will be notified via email; an entry list will be sent to you which will include your name and ticket number. Postal entries are limited to one competition entry per household per competition,  For a postal entry to be considered valid it must be received before the competitions closing date and must contain an entrant’s personal details that exactly match those of a registered online account, you can register for an online account by clicking on login/register at the top right hand side of the home screen, free entrants will only be issued if the competition tickets available in it at the time of receiving the card. 


The PO box will be checked on Mondays only.


The promoter reserves the right to refuse and entry or disqualify any incomplete entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, all entries to the competitions are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of the cancellation of the competitions by the promoter or any entries submitted after the competitions closing date.


The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to high internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults, failures in computer systems, or any other reason.


All entrants are automatically entered into Lockdown Competitions’ database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competitions entry/entries, as well as any future promotions or competitions offered by Lockdown Competitions.


The entrant agrees that the ‘Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’ for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to any competitions on the website.



The competitions rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any entrant and the promoter.


Entrants authorise the promoter to enter their personal details into their database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.


Promotion Periods


Each competitions will run for a specified period. Please see each competitions for details of start and end times and dates.


A competitions may be drawn early, if there is longer than 7 days remaining on the competitions timer and all tickets have be taken. (This will be announced on our Lockdown Competitions Facebook page to give warning)



Competition Judgement


Lockdown Competitions use  https://www.random.org number generator, which will determine the winner of each competitions. Every draw will be live streamed on our Facebook page. (Lockdown Competitions)


Due to the nature of the winning judgement there will only be one 1st prize winner per competitions. Some competitions may have runners up prizes.

Lockdown Competitions will attempt to contact winner(s) using the telephone numbers and email address provided at the time of entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely on our database. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to check and update these details. If for any reason they are taken down incorrectly, Lockdown Competitions will not be held responsible. entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.


In the event that Lockdown Competitions closes a competitions early, the winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by Lockdown Competitions prior to the date of closure. Lockdown Competitions reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any competitions, up to a maximum of 4 times.


 All entrants are automatically entered onto Lockdown Competitions database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as any future Promotions or competition offered by Lockdown Competitions.




All winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the closing of a competitions. (Drawn live on our Facebook page – Lockdown Competitions.


By entering a competition, you, the entrant, agree to the use of your name, home town, and photographs and videos or other likeness to be used for public relations and marketing purposes as required by the promoter if you are declared a winner.


We will respect your wishes, if you do not wish to have your photo posted online, but we would be happy if you would agree to this.


Competition Prizes


Lockdown Competitions prizes are selected by the managing directors of the company and are owned by Lockdown Competitions from the date of the competitions going live on the website to the date that the winner receives the prize. All prizes are picked and purchased by Lockdown Competitions and in that case, this is the prize the winner will receive.


Details of each prize can be found on the website on the competitions’ pages. Lockdown Competitions take no responsibility of the prize awarded after delivery, once the winner receives the prize Lockdown Competitions does not insure the prize. No insurance comes with the prizes and Lockdown Competitions cannot be held responsible for the prize once handed over to the winner.


Delivery to the winner is free. Lockdown Competitions has a right to charge the winner delivery fees if they want the prize delivering anywhere other than the specified areas (outside of the mainland regions of England, Scotland & Wales).


All entrant expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer or supplier.

Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts, including without limitation any vouchers or offers of Lockdown Competitions or other prize suppliers.


Limits of Liability


Lockdown Competitions makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Lockdown Competitions, Lockdown Competitions shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by Lockdown Competitions, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the competition promoted by Lockdown Competitions.


Electronic communications


No responsibility will be accepted for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes. 


The promoter shall use its best endeavours to award the prize for a competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error the Prize is awarded incorrectly, the promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability. 


In the event that a competitions is closed without selecting a winner, Lock Down competition limited will give all entrants Game Credit to enable them to replay equivalent tickets in a subsequent competitions. The promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any competitions. The promoter shall not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. Lockdown Competitions shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its competitions perform correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the ticket recorded in our systems, however displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant competitions and the promoter shall not be held liable for any Entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.

Returns and Refunds Shop policy

This Refunds and exchanges policy applies only to items found in the shop and not competitions


Returns and Exchanges with original receipt Lockdown competitions Ltd are happy to exchange or refund goods purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of the invoice date based on the original form of payment as long as the item/s are received in the same condition as sent, products that were originally Mint sealed and returned no longer Mint sealed the return will not be accepted,

 For Precious Metal Coins in Gold, Silver and Platinum the right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulation 2000 does not apply because the price of the goods/coins we sell are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond our control.

If the item to be exchanged is higher or lower in price than the item returned any additional costs will be invoiced to the buyer or if the item is lower in price any refund will be dealt with accordingly. Items which are returned for a refund will not be refunded postage costs, unless the goods were found to be faulty or incorrectly described. In order to prevent fraudulent claims for damaged coins or distressed coins by swapping with personal stock, the claim will be thoroughly investigated by our Returns Department and checked against our records, as ALL stock is personally checked by our shipping team prior dispatch before a decision to refund or exchange is made.

We only refund shipping charges, if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Lockdown competitions Ltd are happy to refund goods purchased from us, from customers who have now decided they do not want them upon receipt of goods. However, refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless the item is exchanged for another item with the same value or higher or previously discussed with Lockdown competitions Ltd.
